When able, I can be flexible in my hours, but you'll need to be prescreened for any short-notice appointments.  That means newbies need to call for some probing convo and those with references should include them in appointment requests.  It's not hard to do & will make it that much smoother a journey to your final destination: MY LAIR!  *rowr*
