Lesson to be learned: SIGN A LEASE instead of going month to month.  Although I'm always on time w/ my rent, I have been given 30 days notice to vacate my family residence as the owner has had some financial setbacks & needs to move in here.  She's planning to sell the place, but my credit wouldn't pass muster even if I wanted to buy it.  The up-side is that I'll hopefully be able to move into a larger home which will accomodate us more easily.  There are going to be some major hurdles to overcome in getting into a new place, but I've done it before.  Anyway, I'll be packing & having yard sales on the weekends to prepare for the big move.  There may be exceptions made if the request is an outcall & is prebooked to allow for planning.  I hope to be back on track again by mid-May.
